Crown Center

Today we headed down to Crown Center to check out the Fairy Tale Village. Wow, what a great time! My favorite was the Three Pigs and the Wolf. I loved seeing the wolf in the fireplace. OUCH! I pushed bottons, cooked, read stories, pulled Rapenzel's hair, saw Sleeping Beauty and walked over the bridge to the castle about 20 times. Mom even saw one of her former students from her first year of teaching there. We stopped to eat at the Flying Saucer down at PNL. I even tried to make it into the "mug club" there by sneaking the last drop of dad's drink. Mom and dad can't turn their heads for one second without trouble! It was a super Saturday!

SNOW DAY!

Well, we had another snow day and that means mom is home from school. When mom is home, I stay at home with her. Mom and I actually are enjoying these days (which have included 6 days), but this mean school until the first week of June....not fun!

Car Wash

The snow has finally melted and now the car clean up begins. I helped dad wash off both cars and I must say they look pretty good.

Snow Play

Today is the last day of winter break and then it's back to schedules and routines. I wanted to get in one more snow day play before it was gone. Not sure though the snow is going anywhere since we have had snow for over a week. It actually snowed another 2-3 inches again today. Dad took a small break from shoveling to go sledding with me and then I enjoyed the snow as he got back to business. Mom only lasted long enough to take pictures as it was too cold for her. After the coldness set in I ventured back inside for some hot chocolate to warm me up. Then it was off to bed for a nap. What a great break it has been and how glad I will be to see my friends on Monday at Ms. Jen's house.

Christmas 2009

Another Christmas has come and gone. We are thankful this holiday season for many things. This Christmas season was especially fun for Hudson as he was so into Santa. A week before Christmas we went to visit Santa and Hudson loved every minute of it. He sat on Santa's lap and told him everything he wanted. He ended his conversation with a hug and thank you! It almost brought tears to mom's eyes. Then the week of Christmas quickly arrived. Christmas Eve, Eve we celebrated with the Hause side and I enjoyed some time with the cousins. Then on Christmas Eve (the real eve) the Herriman family came. This means Nana, Papa and Aunt Abby. They sure brought some holiday cheer. We also enjoyed a night at church to celebrate the real reason....the birth of baby Jesus ( I have been learning all about this in Sunday School). We were a little worried we would make church due to the snowfall. I loved being in the snow any chance I could. The Herriman family left on Sunday and then Mimi Hause was back to have a Christmas celebration with her. I have spent my holiday break with all the people I love the most. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas and I look forward to the memories I will make in 2010! Enjoy the slide show and have a Happy New Year!

Carriage Ride

We have been blessed with some very nice weather, so the Herriman family decided to take advantage of the weather and head on down to view the plaza lights. We took a carriage ride to check out all the beauty. Hudson was a little nervous as he was worried that we were not coming along with him. He quickly warmed up and was so cute to watch. The horse, Bill, on the other hand was a little uneasy due to all the traffic. We made it through and enjoyed our ride together as a family. Happy Holidays!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Yum! Yum!

Pilgrim Hudson

Happy Thanksgiving! The Herriman family spent the day at their house. Mimi came to visit and then we went to Uncle Shawn and Aunt Kim's house. I had a fun time playing with my cousins, Brady and Jordy. Thursday I helped prepared a pumpkin dessert and gave thanks for many things. Here are just a few....
-mom and dad
-mimi, nana, papa
-Mack (this is a truck hauler from the movie Cars)
-Word World
-baby-this cracks me up since we have NO babies in our house
Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and give thanks, I was truly amazed at what a 2 year is thankful for!
