Happy Birthday

Well another year has come and gone. I just can't believe my little boy is 2. It's bittersweet for me. Hudson spent his day going to daycare, which he loves. Gida and his friends had a party for him there. Then Goppa came to town. She came early for the birthday party on Saturday. We went to eat at Red Robin and Hudson enjoyed his ice crem birthday treat. He was so excited when the waiters sang Happy Birthday to him. He was all smiles and was a very good boy. Then we were off to build-a-bear. He chose a stuffed turtle and had a great time creating his animal. Then we enjoyed some play time in the Zona Rosa indoor play area. We ended the evening with opening gifts. Hudson is a very good gift opener. He is so happy to see what is in the package.
Here are a few things Hudson is doing....
-Hudson is a huge helper. He loves to help out. I can only hope this continues!
-potty time (we try the potty each night before bath) He is starting to let us know as well when he needs to go.
-talking in 2-3 word sentences
-everything is No MA!
-puts his own clothes on with little help
-coutning to 3
-knows some letters of the Alphabet and the "e" sounds (it's the teacher in me)
Hudson we love you each and every day! We look forward to what this year has in store as you grow and learn. Thank you for your love and laughter.

An apple a day....

keeps the doctor away. Apples are one of favorite snacks. I often eat them without skin and cut into pieces. I discovered a new way to enjoy apples. I don't like for my foods to be cut into pieces anymore. I like to do things my way.

Kohen

Kohen came over tonight to play while his parents enjoyed an evening out. We had a blast! We played cars and trains and then ate dinner. After our tummies were full we enjoyed watching "Potty With Elmo". We worked on our coloring skills and ended the evening bouncing around in the ballpit. Thanks Kohen for a fun night and being my friend.
