My 1st Christmas

9 Months

I turned 9 months today. I love standing up and I am sure on the move now! I can say mama too.

Mrs. Rose

Rose is our parents as teacher educator. She comes to our house to check on me and see what I'm doing. She also talks with mom and dad about where I should be and some goals to work on until I see her next time. She brings some fun stuff in her boxes too. I always enjoy playing and talking with her. Thanks Rose!

SANTA

Jingle! Jingle! Is that Santa's bells I hear? It sure is! I sat on Santa's lap today. He sure is a big man! I loved playing and pulling with his beard. He was nice and cuddly too. Please remember that I have been a good boy this year, Santa. I hope all my friends and family have a happy holiday season!

Hey girls! Do you want to come over and make a gingerbread house with me? We had some holiday fun at D.A.M. club making some sweet treats. I think I sampled most of mine!

D.A.M. Club Holiday Gathering

Tonight I got together with my D.A.M. club friends. We have a new cutie, Natalie. I loved her tights! She was fun too. Check us out in our holiday gear. I think we look cute! The parents also had a little fun. They wore these ugly Christmas sweaters. Dad sure looked funny! He even had white leather shoes. Mom was pretty glittery in her sweater too. It had fun Christmas ball reflectors for me to play with.

Tooth

I've got a tooth! I'm super excited about this and I sure feel better. Bring on the pizza. Chomp! Chomp!

Coleman

Today Coleman came to visit me. Coleman's mom and mommy worked together last year. They recently moved to Arizona over the summer and stopped by for a visit. I was a little mean to Coleman. I decided to pull his hair and slap him. I did share my toys with him. Coleman come back again soon! I promise next time you can beat me up!

Plaza Lights

BRRRRRRRR! Tonight we went to the plaza to see the Christmas lights. I went with my cousins, Jordy and Brady.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy turkey day! Thanksgiving was sure fun and my belly was full. I ate and ate. I even had some turkey (out of a jar). I hope that I can get the turkey drumstick next year. Yum! Yum!

8 months old today

Today I turned 8 months old. My first tooth finally is coming in, on the bottom, but I am also working on three more. This teething is rough business, not only for me, but for mom & dad as well. Some of my new moves this month are, I sometimes like to set up on my own, and I am infatuated with TV remotes & cars. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa Herriman for calling me and wishing my a happy 8 months.

Radio Flyer

Look at me, I took my first wagon ride in the neighbor girls' wagon. I had such a good time that I told Mom & Dad I wanted a wagon myself. Also I got caught crawling through my exa-saucer, watch out everyone I am on the move.

Happy Halloween!!!

I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween. Kadance, Kamry, Shelby, and I all got together and posed for this picture before the candy extravaganza began. I only went to a few house in my neighborhood and fell asleep on the way back home. Also check out my buddy Kohen "The Commando" Miller, he's looking pretty fly in his camo costume.

Pumpkin Patch

7 Months Old Today

Today I am 7 months old!!!! Only twelve more days until my 1st Halloween. I can't wait to get some sweet treats. Some of my new accomplishments include:
*saying "da-da"-daddy is so proud
*crawling-not quite on all fours, but I move all across the room
*eating jar food-I love it!
*I'm more aware of my surrounding-I sure get upset when mom and dad leave the room!

Mrs. Teresa

I'm so excited because I'm starting my new daycare today. I'm also a little sad to say goodbye to daddy, but it's going to be fun making some new friends. I will be staying at Teresa's house. She has a fun house too! Teresa has a fun kitchen set that I can't wait to try out and lots of fun new toys. I also love her two dogs, Turbo and Fiona. They make me laugh. I have been there several times to visit. I can't wait to see my buddies again! She watches 3 other kids too. Will is almost 2, Kooper is 9 months and Kinley just turned 5 months. She will be leaving at the end of October. I love to play with her hair bows. I will keep you posted on all the fun stuff going on at Teresa's house. Hawks vs the Wildcats

Touchdown! Saturday we went to Kohen's house to watch the KU football game. Rock Chalk Jayhawk! I had fun hangin out with Kohen. The boys rocked the house.

I don't wanna work!

Happy 1/2 Birthday!

Happy 1/2 birthday to me! Can you believe I'm 6 months old today? I think mom forgot what month it was. If it was up to her she would keep me little forever. I know the picture was too cute to take it over again. Happy birthday to me!

Lips

I have started sucking my bottom lip. I'm not sure what it's all about, but I think it's becoming a habit.

Soooooo BIG!

Look at me, I can finally sit up all by myself. Watch out mom and dad I'm going to be on the move soon!

Yum! Yum!

Today I started eating cereal. I can't get enough of it. It's sooo yummy in my tummy! When mom and dad feed me I open my wide to full speed ahead. I love shoveling the cereal into my mouth. I'm so excited to try new foods.

Donnellson, IA

Dad and I went to my Grandma & Grandpa Herriman's house in Donnellson, IA. It was a long trip, but I slept most of the way. Daddy said I travelled like a champ and he was proud of me. I had such a good time showing Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Abby all my new gestures and moves.

One last splash!

Whew, it was a hot one today! I enjoyed my pool one last time. I can't wait until next summer when I can go to the BIG pool.

Happy 5 months old!

Well, I'm almost to my 1/2 birthday. I wonder if I will get one of those cakes all to myself. I sure hope so. I'm getting so big and already weigh 16 pounds! I love to eat and soon I will start eating cereal. Sounds yummy! I can almost sit up by myself and I can roll all the way over now. Watch out! Happy 5 months to me!

Avery Ann

Today I met Avery Ann Ahlquist. That right AAA! Her mom and my mom worked together. I love meeting all these girls. She's a cutie!

Back to Work

Today mom had to go back to work. I know that she was sad to leave me, but I will spend some special time with my dad. My dad is staying at home with me until October 16. Then I will go to Teresa's house. Boys rule! I can't wait to have fun with dad. Don't worry mom we will e-mail you some pictures. We promise to stay out of trouble.

BIG Ball'er
